Update Payment Method or Billing Address

Because Elvee does not collect or store your payment details directly, any billing or credit card updates must be managed through Apple or Google settings.

Update on iOS

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. (You may need to sign in with Face ID or your password).
4. Tap Add Payment Method to insert a new card, or tap an existing card to update details.
5. Tap Edit in the top right to change billing address records.

Update on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods.
4. To add a card, tap Add credit or debit card.
5. To edit billing details or remove old cards, tap More payment settings.
