Delete Account
If you no longer wish to use Elvee, you can permanently delete your account. Deletion is irreversible and wipes all historical driving logs and charging sessions from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Elvee app and tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and select Profile / Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing "DELETE" in the confirmation box.
- All vehicle connection tokens, drive history databases, charging tables, and profile keys will be wiped immediately from our secure storage.
WarningDeleting your Elvee account does NOT automatically cancel your active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please follow the Cancel Subscription instructions to prevent future billing.
